- If your shipment shows βLabel Createdβ or only βThe shipment notification has been sent,β send us a message through our Contact Form page. Weβll check with our Fulfillment Center if itβs still possible to make updates and inform you within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Please be aware that if the status progresses beyond βLabel Createdβ or βThe shipment notification has been sent,β the parcel is likely already in transit from our Fulfillment Center. Unfortunately, this limits our ability to retract it, but we will attempt to work with the shipping carrier to see if there are any last-minute options. We cannot promise a successful outcome, but we will put in our best effort to assist.
